Punchlist
Below are the following findings from the unit turn over:
Water leak in waterline in bathroom
Intercom to lobby not working
Hinges on cabinetry are not soft-close hinges
Resolution provided by engineering: Punchlist will be addressed within two weeks
One copy of the main door was given to the engineering department for access to the unit for the punch list.
Received initial payment via bank transfer
